Energy Consumption Comparison: The energy consumption of temperature controlled soldering stations is relatively low, because when it reaches the set temperature, it stops heating up and the corresponding energy consumption is lower. In other words, for the same soldering effect, the station uses less power.

 

3. Temperature recovery comparison: The temperature recovery speed of the soldering station is faster, and the corresponding worker's work efficiency is higher.

 

4. Comparison of consumable life: the temperature of the soldering station is controlled and does not increase indefinitely. Therefore, the life of the soldering iron tip and the life of the heating core are longer.

 

5. To compare the safety: the voltage of the handle of the soldering station is only AC 24 volts, which is a safe voltage and generally there will be no electric shock.

High frequency lead free soldering station

Of course, lead-based solder is not environmentally friendly. Many export products prohibit lead products and must be lead-free and environmentally friendly. Lead-free solder is not harmful to the human body or the environment.

 

Typically, high frequency eddy current heating is used, which has fast heating and temperature recovery speeds, making lead-free soldering possible. The power is generally 120W-200W. Common models are t3a, t3b, t420d, such as AiXun T3a, AiXun T320, etc.

 

The lead free soldering station has an amazing heating rate. It takes no more than 13 seconds to rise from room temperature to 300°C. The temperature rises quickly, which is conducive to frequent soldering. The temperature remains constant, improving production efficiency.

 

Lead-free solder has a slightly higher melting point, but can be used in the food industry, e.g. for soldering cans.

 

Lead solder has a lower melting point and better soldering performance, but cannot be used in the food industry. Lead is a heavy metal that is extremely harmful to human health.
