As long as you are engaged insoldering-related work, there are safety risks. AiXun has prepared this safety checklist for you to ensure that you understand these hazards and standardized practices before soldering. For your safety, please read carefully.

Safety Inspection Before soldering

Workbench: Keep the workbench clean and tidy.

Workplace: Work in a well-ventilated area and use a range hood. Make sure that fumes are not drawn into the body when soldering.

Clothing: Always wear safety glasses and heat-resistant gloves to prevent burns from heated solder.

 

Equipment: Keep your equipment away from flammable and explosive products.

 

Safety while soldering

 

Before using the tool, check that the tip of the soldering iron is inserted correctly and in place.

 

Check that the metal parts of the tool/stand are clean to ensure proper connection between the tool and the stand.

 

Always put the tool back on the stand when not in use.

 

Handle equipment with care.

 

Do not leave the device on when unattended

 

Do not handle these soldering iron tips. This can cause burns. Use the tip remover to replace the tip.

After soldering, put tin on the tip of the soldering iron to prevent oxidation

 

Close soldering station button

 

After the tip of the soldering iron cools down, unplug the power

 

and put the soldering accessories back in place
